See inside Opus
See how a run works, before you sign up.
These are views of Opus with example procedures. Follow one procedure from first draft to signed record. No account needed to look.
Free plan includes every feature: 5 procedures, 5 people, 250 MB. No card, no install.
01 · Create
Write the procedure once.
Start from the checklist you already have, or import it from a spreadsheet. Publish when your team agrees it is right.
- Each step can be an instruction, a check, a value to record, or a photo.
- Cautions show up before the step, where people will see them.
- Publishing locks the version, so everyone runs the same text.

02 · Pick
Pick a procedure and start a run.
Your team's procedures live in one list. See which version is locked, how many steps it has, and pick up any run that is still open.
- Search by name or number.
- Open runs stay at the top, so nothing gets left half-done.
- Anyone can suggest a change right from the list.

03 · Run
Work one step at a time.
At the bench, Opus shows one step at a time on a phone or laptop. Read it, do the work, and sign it before moving on.
- Cautions come first, with a clear choice to continue or stop.
- The step list on the side shows where you are.
- Add a note or photo when it helps the record.

04 · Improve
Suggest a fix without breaking anything.
See a wrong value or a step that is not clear? Suggest a change instead of editing a shared document. A lead reviews it and publishes an update.
- The locked version keeps running while the change is reviewed.
- The suggestion says what is wrong and what should replace it.
- New runs use the new version once it is published.

05 · Keep
Keep a signed record of every run.
When the run is done, Opus saves who signed each step, what they noted, and when. Save it as a PDF for an advisor, design review, or logbook.
- Every step shows a name and a time.
- The record is tied to the exact version that was run.
- Answer which version you ran in seconds.
